Mt Lemmon Community Educational Resources at KLMN-LP 106.9 FM
At the start of the year, we added a new element to our website, the Mt Lemmon Community Educational Resource page. With such diverse needs within our community, there are resources for those who are homeschooling their children, would like to know more about free resources offered online, online art classes that are available throughout the year, continuing education, and free resources to study for your Ham Radio license.
In addition, as part of our collaboration with the Mount Lemmon Woman’s Club Speaker Series, sessions will be recorded for broadcasting over the radio and made available on the Mt Lemmon Community Educational Resource page for later viewing. We feel it essential to make these sessions available to the community as a form of outreach and connection.
As each of us share a significance in the thread of the history on Mount Lemmon, we are embarking on a new project of interviewing our dear community members to document their stories and recollections from the past and present on our beloved Mount Lemmon. This will be our goal for Winter 2026 and so named as the Mt Lemmon Community History Talks.
